Sean and Jill Murphy have been a part of Youth with a Mission for many years. They have lived in Kona, Hawaii for 15 years. They and their three children Brendan 16, Reid 14, and Grace 11 have led many outreaches to the nations, such as Fiji, Thailand, Haiti, Cambodia, and Vanuatu to name a few. They have also had the privilege of leading 2 Kona DTS's On Site in both Samoa and more recently Haiti. They are passionate about revival and discipleship and cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for this DTS! They have HUGE expectations!!!

Hi my name is Chimene, I'm from Cameroon in West Africa. 16 years ago I became a follower of Christ. in 2002 I joined Ywam and did my Dts in Denver Colorado. For the past 12 years I have been blessed to be full time missionary with Ywam and have had the amazing privilege to work in many parts of world, discipling and encouraging young people to become insanely in love with Jesus. I'm so thankful and excited for this next season for what God will do in and thru me in Samoa :)

I'm Sara, from Alaska! I did Compassion DTS in Kona in 2011 and got to go to South Africa where God captured my heart through his people and His overwhelming love for them. I have a heart for justice in the nations! I am so passionate about children's ministry, bringing clean water to the nations, and worshipping the Lord through music. Being from Alaska, I love being outside in creation and any kind of adventure.
Marisa Watson
Hi there! I am originally from Texas, although I grew up in Nashville, TN. I have been working with YWAM since 2009 and I did the Justice DTS in 2010 in Kona, HI. With YWAM I have traveled through 5 different nations and found that the gospel is the best gift we can share. I am passionate about seeing lives transformed by the love of God and know, first-hand, that His grace is far greater than we'll ever know. I believe that intimacy with God is not only possible, but crucial to walking out a radical Christian lifestyle and see that happening through the place of prayer and worship. I had the privilege of staffing the On-Site Haiti DTS with the Murphy's and am so excited about what God has for us in Samoa this summer! Look forward to seeing you there!

I am from Russia. Got adopted to America when I was ten. I lived in Arizona for 6 years and then Moved to Oregon. I Did my DtS in Hawaii. The January 2013 quoter. I just Finished my outreach in Ghana, Africa. I love being with people and finding out who they are. I love sports and writing poetry.

Talofa, My name is Sabrina Otineru. I am twenty years old, born and raised in Samoa. I successfully completed the Discipleship Training School from September 2012-February 2013. I am from a family of eight. My parents are both teachers in the Samoa Primary Schools. I attend Peace Chapel Christian Fellowship. I graduated from High School and finished one year at the Samoa University. I originally came to YWAM when the Samoa For Missions Outreach team came and performed at my church. They performed one skit that confirmed my calling as a missionary. I am still praying that God will continue to speak to me and use me in whatever way He wants.

I was commissioned and sent out by my home church Word of Life Christian Fellowship in American Samoa. I successfully completed my Discipleship Training School on June-November 2011 in YWAM Samoa. My hobbies are playing any type of Sports and Evangelism. I guess you can say that I am an all around person who likes to socialize with anyone at any time. I am looking forward to create new and exciting things with the Lord and the School Leader for this upcoming Discipleship Training School.

Hey guys! I am originally from Dallas, Texas but now I live in Kona, Hawaii with my incredible husband of 2 1/2 years, Dax Fears. I am 25 years old and absolutely love what I get to do each day! Dax and I met at Baylor University back in Texas. Only 2 weeks after we got married we left for Kona to do the Justice DTS. We got to go to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia on our outreach. It was on our outreach that we were changed forever and knew this was what we wanted to do with our lives. Since then Dax helped to start Justice water and we have been to Haiti twice, the Dominican Republic, and to South Africa. The Lord has blessed us beyond our wildest dreams. His love and faithfulness overwhelms us each and everyday. I am so excited to see what He has in store for all of us in this school! Get excited because we serve an amazing God who is going to do great things through all of us!

Hi, My name is Randall Alauni. I am from Tafuna, American Samoa. I am twenty-four years old. I did my DTS in Falelauniu, Samoa in September 2012-February 2013 and took the Leadership Training School right after. I love working with people in advancing God’s Kingdom. I am ready to staff the upcoming DTS on June. I love working with different people, different colors, and different languages.
On the YWAM Samoa Base there are approximately 35 staff from Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, American Samoa, Australia, and the United States.
